Cancellation Policies

Low Season,  April 11 - Dec 20, 2023: 

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to check-in will have no charge.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or fewer prior to check in will result in 100% penalty.
  • 100% of reservation is due 14 days prior to check in.

High Season Jan 09 -  April 10, 2023, and Dec 21, 2023 - Jan 07, 2024:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in will have no charge.
  • Cancellations of 29 days or fewer prior to check in will result in 100% penalty.
  • 100% of reservation is due 29 days prior to check in.

General Policies

  • Rates include full breakfast and daily cleaning service.
  • We are an adult only hotel. We do not permit persons under the age of 16.
  • Rates DO NOT include 13% sales tax where noted.
  • A 10% service charge will be added to all restaurant and bar purchases.
  • The maximum guests in our rooms is 2 per bedroom. Unless otherwise specified
  • Check-in time is 3:00pm to 10:00 pm; Check-out time is 12:00pm.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, may incur a charge, and will need to be pre-arranged with hotel management.
  • Management declines all responsibility for valuables left in the rooms.
  • All cancellations need to be sent via e-mail to: [email protected]. A cancellation is not confirmed until you have received an email confirmation from us.
