El Castillo sits 300 feet above the Pacific on Calle Perezoso in Ojochal de Osa, Puntarenas Province, on Costa Rica's Southern Pacific coast. The nearest airports are Palmar Sur, about 40 minutes away, and San José, roughly a three-hour drive.

We welcome guests aged 16 and over. The property is built into a steep hillside with open terraces, unfenced pools and exposed stonework, so it is not a safe setting for small children.
Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. Check-out is at 12:00 pm.
Yes. Room rates include a full breakfast and daily housekeeping. Rates are quoted before 13% sales tax, and a 10% service charge is added to restaurant and bar purchases.
A 25% deposit is taken at booking and is non-refundable. Cancel 30 or more days before arrival and that deposit becomes a credit valid for 12 months. Inside 30 days, or a no-show, is charged in full.
Yes. All nine rooms can be reserved together for a retreat, a wedding or a group of friends, which gives you the property to yourselves.
