The whole property for your group — morning practice with the ocean below, a treatment room looking straight out at the Pacific, and food built around how you want people to feel by Friday.
You cannot run a retreat in a hotel that is also running someone else's holiday. Taking all nine rooms means the terrace is empty at six in the morning, the pool belongs to your group, and nobody walks through a session on the way to breakfast. Teachers bring the same group back year after year for exactly this reason.
Practice happens on the open terrace around the pool, facing the ocean. Tell us your group size and how you want it set, and it's ready before sunrise.
A private treatment room facing the open ocean. Two at a time, so we spread bookings across the week and everyone gets their hour.
Our chef builds the week's menus with you: plant-based, light, restricted, or simply early. Full board, so nobody leaves the property to eat.
The SpaThe treatment room is yours alone and looks straight out over the Pacific — as good a place to have a massage as you will find on this coast. It takes two guests at a time, so we spread bookings through the week and slot them around your timetable rather than the other way round.

Castillo's KitchenOne chef, one kitchen and one group to cook for. Menus are agreed in advance and adjusted as the week goes, which matters more on a wellness retreat than anywhere else — timings around practice, and every dietary requirement handled without a conversation at each meal.
